Clara was a partner in the Real Estate practice of a leading international law firm. She specialises in real estate, including advising on real estate development and financing, property management and leasing, M&A and joint ventures, corporate restructuring and project conveyancing.

a land exchange program involving the disposal by the Government of HKSAR of over 187,000 square feet of industrial property in exchange for grade A office space in Cityplaza 3 to make way for the expansion development of Taikoo Place;
various divestment programs by tender of substantial portfolio of properties in Hong Kong by Australian Consulate General, Canadian Consulate General and administrator respectively;
acting on the buy side for purchase of substantial office space in Kowloon Bay which is promoted by the Hong Kong Government as the new financial hub and acting for a tenderer and a co-investor of the successful tenderer in Link REIT commercial portfolio of 17 shopping malls which was sold for HK$23 billion;
development finance of the Disney Theme Park and dealing with the Government of the HKSAR on the land grant;
Citigroup on the acquisition of their signature building in the PRC and advised on the structuring of turn-key agreement and the pre-lease agreements
in the en-bloc sale of Cargo Consolidation Centre with an area of over 266,000 square feet;
on the subdivision of 8 million square feet of serviced apartment blocks, office and retail spaces, hotel and 2,000 car parking spaces, an ocean liner berth and large exhibition venues of Harbour City in Hong Kong;
a logistics real estate fund on the en-bloc commercial pre-leasing of two buildings under construction in Tsuen Wan. Pre-letting of a high-tier data centre to a global data centre and colocation infrastructure provider and change of use of an industrial complex to a local data service provider.
