Having practised in Hong Kong since 1990 with major international law firms, Phill now leads SRKA’s REIT team specialising in advising trustees and managers of real estate investment trusts with respect to acquisitions and disposals, financings in the loan and debt capital market, rights issues and regulatory requirements primarily driven by the REIT Code and listing rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He also advises sponsors and investors in connection with the formation of private equity real estate funds (PERE).
