Koe is dual-qualified in Hong Kong and England and Wales.

Her practice is real estate-focused and covers asset-backed financing, commercial leasing and acquisition and disposal of real properties.

She is experienced in representing real estate investment trusts (as trustee’s counsel), private equity funds, financial institutions and other investment companies on real estate transactions.

Her experience includes the following:

Advised a private equity client on obtaining a term loan facility with a consortium of lenders, secured by a portfolio of assets including over 60 industrial units in Hong Kong. The facility also included an accordion option for the purpose of potential expansion of the client’s portfolio of assets.
Advised an international bank (as facility agent and mandated lead arranger) and syndicate lenders on a USD facility secured by a Grade A office building in Beijing.
Advised an international infrastructure investment firm on financing for the purpose of acquisition of controlling interest in an offshore wind farm in Asia.
Advised a global logistics fund on multiple loan facilities in Asia, proceeds of which were used to support the client’s logistics projects in Asia and other corporate purposes.
As counsel of the trustee of various HK-listed REITs, advised the acquisition of properties in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Australia, which include office buildings and shopping malls.
